Baltimore to allow indoor and outdoor dining to resume Friday, with one hour time limit for patrons

The new rules, which will be effective 6 a.m. Friday and will be in place for the next four weeks, call for outdoor dining to resume at 50% capacity. Indoor dining will also be permitted at 25% capacity. Bars without food licenses can reopen at 25% capacity. Additionally, diners and bargoers will all be limited to a one-hour seating in hopes of preventing the spread of coronavirus, Scott said during a news conference at the Zeta Center in Park Heights.
