Carroll County career and tech students place first and second in national welding contest
Dylan Bussard, a senior at Westminster High School, won first place in the Secondary category for the 2020 I BUILT THIS contest out of 16 people, sponsored by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. His welding classmate, Dakota Van Cleve, a senior at Manchester Valley High School, won second place.
